Art Spoon List of Data Sub-Processors
Art Spoon uses a limited number of third-party sub-processors to support the delivery, hosting, maintenance, security, communications, analytics, billing, and related operation of its Products and Services (as defined in the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum).
Where appropriate, Art Spoon may use secondary regions, backup regions, or globally distributed infrastructure to improve resilience, service continuity, monitoring, and protection of backup data.
These sub-processors support the operation of Art Spoon’s Products and Services and process personal data only in accordance with Art Spoon’s documented instructions, contractual restrictions, and applicable data protection law. Art Spoon remains responsible for the processing carried out by its sub-processors and may update its use of sub-processors from time to time.

- Certain sub-processors may process data in multiple regions based on service configuration, availability, support operations, or resilience requirements.
- Not all sub-processors listed above are necessarily used in every Art Spoon product, feature, or customer environment.
- Art Spoon may add, replace, or remove sub-processors from time to time in accordance with its contractual and legal obligations.
