Art Spoon Service Privacy Policy

ARTRASIX Inc. ("the Company") collects, uses, and provides personal information based on user consent for the provision of Art Spoon service ("the Service"), and is committed to protecting the personal information provided by users. The Company complies with the laws, regulations, and guidelines related to personal information protection in South Korea.

1. Purpose of Processing and Collection Items

The personal information items collected by the Company and their purposes are as follows. The Company processes users' personal information only for the specified purposes. The processing of personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be implemented.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

Personal information will be processed and retained within the consented period of retention/use from the time of collection from the information subject, and personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing is achieved.

All information will be destroyed immediately upon service withdrawal or at the request of deletion by the member.

The methods of destroying personal information are as follows:

  1. Personal information stored in electronic file formats will be permanently deleted in a manner that cannot be reproduced.
  1. Personal information recorded/stored on paper documents will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Information Subject and Exercise Methods

Information subjects can request the deletion of their information or the deletion of their service usage history at any time. If you wish to delete your information, please contact the personal information protection manager by email, and we will take immediate action.

4. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes the following protective measures to ensure that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged while being processed.

  1. Administrative measures: Establishment/implementation of internal management plans, regular training for handlers, etc.
  1. Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of key personal information, installation of security programs
  1. Physical measures: Access control for computer rooms and data storage rooms

5. Personal Information Protection Officer and Contact Information

You can report all personal information protection-related complaints occurring during the use of websites, etc., to the personal information protection officer. The Company will provide a prompt and sufficient response to the reports of the users.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

"Art Spoon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
